GENERAL INFORMATION:
Clovis Adult Education has been servicing Clovis and our surrounding communities since 1968. Annually we enroll approximately 15,000 students. In addition to adults 18 years of age and older; this school is authorized under Federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students. Students may be dropped at anytime for disregarding attendance, performance, or disciplinary guidelines.
PROGRAMS AND LOCATION:
Clovis Adult Education offers classes in our Academic, ESL, Career Technical Education (Vocational Training), Nurse Education & Health Career, Family Literacy, Older Adult, and Community Education programs. All of our teachers are either certificated through the State of California, or are experienced in their related fields. CAE's main campus is located just south of the intersection of Herndon and Sunnyside Avenues at 1452 David E. Cook Way, and we can be reached at (559) 327-2800.

CATALOGS AND CONTACTS:
We publish and circulate a catalog of courses to residents throughout Clovis and our neighboring communities. They are mailed out every Fall, Winter, Spring I, and Spring II/Summer. If you do not receive one in the mail you may pick one up at our main campus located at 1452 David E. Cook Way. The purpose of Clovis Adult Education is to offer lifelong educational opportunities and services which address the unique needs of our diverse community by providing the means to become productive community members and workers, effective family members, and lifelong learners.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT ACCREDITATION:
Clovis Adult School is proud to have received many approvals and accreditations from a large number of prestigious local and national organizations. One of our most notable achievements is our accreditation by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). This is the same organization that accredits California State University, Fresno and the University of California. Clovis Adult School is one of the few Valley schools to have earned this high level of academic excellence and recognition.
